Your site was doing nothing but trafficking copyright infringing music. As I stated in the suspension reason, how you thought that'd be allowed is beyond me.

Regardless of that, it's considered a major violation of our TOS and is a permanent suspension.

Frankly speaking, what i did on the site is not copyright infringment.
I am nt uploading the actual album of the artists bt just a single track.
Its serves as a promotion medium as a customer cannot buy ur song without first listening to it.

It is important for me to say here that most artists submitted it for publishing on the site. In order words, they won't send in their songs if there are copyrighted.

Since the site went down, some artist have been complaining that i should do something to bring the site back up and its for that reason i am posting this!

Well now we have a new problem. Your account was already terminated off of the server - your original suspension was way back on october 15th, and as per our TOS was erased after 14 days of staying suspended. We're now at approximately 37 days after it had been suspended, and we can't recover the original account anymore.

Edit: Forgot to add, if you had proof of it actually being legit for you to have on the site, you could've provided that within the 14 days and still kept the account once it was verified. The problem is there was -nothing- heard back from you until now, which meant the system did what it was programmed to do and cleared the account off the server after 14 days. Also, even 1 track can be considered copyright infringement if it's done without permission from the artist and all recording labels involved - the artist themselves don't always have the rights ot decide what happens to their music either.
