Hi. my my account has been suspended becouse something called shell script or something like that. can you help me please?

Shell scripts are basically server exploitation scripts. They're a risk to x10hosting and count as Script Hosting as well; it's not a suspension we can remove for any reason.

You can't; under the permanent suspension rules (which include warez, copyright infringement, nulled scripts, and server exploitation software (shell scripts)), we cannot unsuspend the account for any reason, including to provide backups.
