Suspension

Hello,
My account is suspended because a proxy script.
I didn't put de script on the server but a hacker of mine who hacked my computer and finded my FTP information. I have better anti-virus & anti-spyware now en will change the ftp information directly,
Please undo the suspension or at least give me an backup of my account.

We have a zero tolerance policy regarding proxies.


We also have a zero tolerance policy for file hosting sites, which appears to be what you were running out of the "fileaccess" subfolder. The files in question in there were not just recently modified either, so blaming it on a hacker won't fly.

This is a permanent suspension that cannot be removed, and backups cannot be provided under a zero tolerance suspension.
