Dear Sir / Madam,

I have received a note from x10hosting that my a/c was suspended. I logged successfully to my account from http://x10hosting.com/control and clicked on Hosting - Suspensions and selected "Update" but it seems that the account failed to unsuspended.

Additionally please note that this also happened last week I managed to unsuspended the account successfully. Unfortunately I cannot understand 1) why the account is getting suspended if I have logged into the account without 30 days (i.e. within 1 week) 2) why now the account cannot be unsuspended.

I have now unsuspended your account.
You must login to the forums once a month in order to avoid suspension for inactivity.
Account Manager and cPanel login does not count for the inactivity rule.
We also have the option for you to upgrade to our Prime service and not have to worry about it again.
