The only way to unsuspend the account is for you to provide a valid vBulletin license which we will verify with vBulletin. As it currently stands, not having a license # in the files is a 99.99999% chance of it being nulled, which we don't allow.

So, your only real choice is to provide the license # or domain on your vbulletin license; without it, you will remain suspended for a nulled/illegal install of vBulletin, which we won't tolerate. Ever.

And scratch what I said; you've got a nulled install on there. There's at least 1 file which is missing all the code -required- to be there by vBulletin, so you won't be getting unsuspended -period-.
