For Some Reason My Account as Been getting suspended for no reason i just register to couple days ago what is going on here?

The resource usage is an automated suspension, usually CPU or Ram usage.
In this case, i assume its the broken loop in your index.php that is causing the suspension(it looks like an infinite loop)
