I'm sorry, there is no resolution to this suspension. Your account was found to have content on it which is illegal and against the terms of service for all x10 account holders, even paid users. Because of this, access to your account has been permanently revoked and your files, database, and account are no longer accessible.
You are completely responsible for the content of your hosting account. Arguably you should have taken better measures to protect your account to prevent this sort of thing.
You mean that someone gained access to your account who did not have permission or that you gave someone permission who uploaded the file without your permission?
The thing is, CPanel keeps a detailed record of every file coming in to the server, so it will be very easy to tell who uploaded the file. I just want to make sure you and I understand each other before I ask an admin to spend all this time researching your account only to find out you uploaded the file and didn't know it was illegal, or something like that.
Just to cover this too, you're saying someone managed to gain access to your account? In the 1 hour 15 minutes between when your account was created and when the scanner found the nulled copy of vBulletin Suite 4.1.0 beta 1 including keygen in a zip file that actually says "NULL" right in the filename?
Not that I'm saying I don't believe you or anything, but this is also the -only- thing on the account. There's not actually anything here that I can see that says "This user was compromised."
