my account has been suspended and it aint giving a proper reason.... its taking the piss now its the 2nd time its happened........ wtf is wrong? it aint telling me and it says that it cant auto-unsuspend and i need 2 create this ticket... can u sort out this auto-suspension? cos its driving me insane :/

thats a load of bollocks... why didnt u just post it in bold letters on the registration page? its obviously a lie if someone says "Ive read and agreed to the TOS" nobody reads it... it takes to long, you could ask any1 and i bet they havnt... reading to much gets boring and makes me sleepy :/

I take offense to that. I read it in full from start to finish including the AUP, and I did this both for x10free -and- x10premium. If you're too lazy to read the TOS fully, that's your problem not ours, especially when you marked the legally binding box that did indeed confirm that you had read and agreed to abide by the TOS.
