Sorry I must have forgotten, or over looked the nulled scripts, is there anyway I can have those removed so I can continue building my site? Can I also get a briefing on what "Nulled Scripts" are so I won't violate this again?

That's a nulled script. It's stolen material, illegally modified to remove any "phone-home" code, and is covered under Copyright Infringement and Warez in the terms of service, as well as being in violation of US Law. You cannot be unsuspended for any reason.
