Suspension

Hello, my account got suspended today.
On my account on x10hosting.com, it says that a c99-6 virus has been found in my site.
I am familiar with that kind of file, and it is a shell.
However, I have NOT uploaded it. (Why would I, when i got full access to my free site).
Someone got access to my ftp, or somehow got in, and uploaded the shell, probably trying to hack my site.
I am asking you to unsuspend my account, and remove that file.

I will ask a staff member to find out how the file was uploaded. Keep in mind that if it was a security hole in your website, that is considered to be your fault. The staff member that assists you will take action depending on what they find.
