I'm not able to open Account Panel (not able to check suspensions) and my subdomain is off. It seems like Zero Tolerance suspension.

However, I'm able to connect via FTP and use cPanel. BTW, I noticed I can use SFTP, but not for <user>_logs (Filezilla).

After (if) Zero Tolerance suspension is confirmed, I'll write down what I have done so that other user don't make same mistake(s). This is probably fastest suspension so far, after one hour or so.

OK, Account Panel is back, but subdomain is still off. No suspensions reported.

Still, I'm not sure if I'll comply with TOS. First, I tried to use PHP mail, but according to forum questions and not existing answers, PHP mail is not supported. It would be nice to use our email account, like admin@ or noreply@ as From parameter. Or, to be able to read emails sent by users to our email account(s) via PHP and act accordingly (instead of unsupported send email).

Second, my PHP scripts are acting (sort of) like proxy, which (now I can see) can lead to Zero Tolerance suspension. Sort of means: my PHP scripts are connecting to my home server, caching (via mySQL) all GET request making my application working online even my server is offline, or by redirecting POST request to my server if application is designed to work online.

EDIT: Account Panel is again not working.

Hello,

Your account is not suspended.
php mail() is supported, it's just many scripts are not configured properly to use it here. The content type header must be set, which seems to catch a lot of people out.
I have passed on the message to an admin about the account panel. It should be fixed shortly.

Thanks.

OK, thanks. I'll check content type header after (if) my subdomain is working again.

Still, I'm not sure about my sort of proxy idea.
