Whats a vbulletin? I looked it up, and it some forum. I was trying to look on youtube of how to install SMF. and it told me to download this link from mediafire. and I followed the instructions of how to install through the Cpanel. and this happened. What do I do?

A nulled copy of vBulletin was detected on your account and that triggered the suspension.
This is a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service which means your account is permanently suspended.
I suspect that you may have blindly followed a link and some deceptive instructions which resulted in you installing an illegal copy of vBulletin on your account. However, you are fully responsible for the content of your account so that will not be a defense.
Anyway, I am quite sure that our Abuse Compliance Officer will be reviewing this thread and the circumstances of your suspension in a few hours and he may be able to provide you with additional information.
