I logged into my account on October 6th at 8:32 pm yet my account was suspended today.
I do not understand.

You didn't, however, login to your forum account here on Oct. 6th. Just a quick look at your forum profile page shows your last activity here as 08-19-2011 04:28 AM. It's required that you login to the forums here at least once every 31 days to keep your hosting account active. http://x10hosting.com/forums/. Logins to your account panel and cPanel do not count as activity, only your forum account login counts as activity. Your account is most likely queued for suspension again because you still haven't logged in here. Please login here ASAP. When the suspension happens again, then just unsuspend yourself again, and then you should be good to go so long as you logged in here at the forums first, and then at least once every 31 days from your last forum login.

If you don't want to have to keep up with logging in every 31 days to your forum account, may I recommend paying for at least a years worth of Prime Membership?
