this hosting has a very low resource and bad support !!!

Try logging into your cPanel now.

Try to figure out what in your site is causing the problem. Plugins for PHP/MySQL scripts (Drupal, WordPress, etc) are the usual culprits.

my web site is Suspend once more. whats the problem with it. the error is Illegal content (win7 cracks).
i cant understand whats the problem with this kind of files but if there is a problem why don't you warn us first.
why do you sudden redirect our domain to (http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/)

What's wrong is having illegal files on x10hosting servers. TOS tells you what's allowed and when you break the rules, you are suspended. You were, therefore, warned through the TOS that you agreed to when you sign up for an account. Sudden or not, x10hosting doesn't allow illegal files to be hosted on it's servers ever.

Nope, theres no way to get your files back and no backups can be provided. Illegal content falls under our Zero Tolerance Policy and is strictly against the TOS, which you had agreed to upon signing up.

we are from Iran and In our Country there is no copyright law.
so we didn't read the TOS and we don't read the terms of anywhere Because of the reason that i told .
please Excuse US and let us to take a backup from our files.
