After the update its still possible sending email's? Becouse I set a few email every hours and can't send any email also get a suspension then I cannot see the website!

If your account is suspended, all services will not work for your account. (Apache and SMTP are two examples)
Your account has been suspended for high server resource usage recently. Mass mailings may cause these suspensions to occur along with many other things.
