I am getting this error below and I can assure you that my pc is super clean I scan everyday with adware, norton antivirus 2010 and malwarebytes, and is always clean except for some cookies here and there..."

can you please explain where this is coming from cause for all I know i did not log on to my account on the date of the suspensions.

HIgh resource usage suspension means that a script you have in your account use to much of the server resources. This would be triggered by someone viewing your site, rather then you logging into the account.

In this particular case the script took long enough loading to trigger the max cpu time/per hour limit. Looks like it is related to your joomla install.
