suspensions?

Ive been suspended twice in the same day but im not sure why all Ive done so far is uploaded information to my site I didnt realize there was an upload limit.

i dont even want to try anything now worrying Ill get suspended I dont know alot about this type of thing I got some specific instructions on what to do soi I dont know where the resourses are going but its the same deal I had just a week or so ago on a paid account.

If a script is causing Resource suspension, you may need to contact the original developers and request they optimize their code or look at alternatives.

Usually repeated suspensions means it has resource intensive loops or poorly designed mysql statements.
