I am sure you are all wondering why we have not been lifting suspensions. I will explain. All the requests for unsuspensions are for inactivity. Those requests are all for the server that is currently down. I think that once that server comes back up that most of those suspensions really won't be actually suspended.
Even if we did lift your suspension that server is down and you won't be able to access your site anyways. Once Corey says that the server is online, The other Account Managers and i will go through and see what ones are actually still showing suspended and lift those suspensions. The ones that don't show suspended we will just close those requests.
I just thought i would let you all know that we are not ignoring those requests we just think it's an error happening with the server being down. As soon as the server is up we will go through them as fast as humanly possible and get them all straightened out.
