Hello! I need information about my hosting suspension!

PD: I'm venezuelan please response on spanish, off course if you can

I don't speak spanish so I'll keep this simple.

You were suspended because of file hosting and we wanted an explanation.

You are now permanently suspended for hosting a habbo hotel emulator with copyrighted files on your account and will not be unsuspended for any reason.

But i don't have a "habbo hotel emulator" i only have a "Habbo Prehosted SWF" and that's files don't have copyright because Sulake the sponsor and the owner of "Habbo Hotel" only recognize the copyright of his images layouts and scripts, but never for the "swf"

So i think the reason for the suspension of hosting is wrong because Sulake has never claimed or said that "swfs" is of hem, so i can't be punished or banned of my x10 hosting account
