Your account was suspended as you have failed to stay within the requirement that all content on the account has a 1:1 MANUAL (not google translate or other translation service) translation; it must be manual as these automated translators often do not work or do not translate the content fully.

I am lifting the suspension, however all content not available in English, Spanish, or French must be translated or removed within 48 hours - after that time if the translation is not active, the account will be re-suspended, and that suspension will be permanent.

ok the translate is the problem...but how can i fix that problem without my files? with a suspended account?

The key part of the message that is relevant now is:

all content not available in English, Spanish, or French must be translated or removed within 48 hours - after that time if the translation is not active, the account will be re-suspended, and that suspension will be permanent.

I'll ask the staff member in question to review this thread but can't make any promises or say that you'll like his response...

Given that there was already a 48 hour period given to get a 1:1 translation to English, Spanish, or French live, the suspension is going to stand. It's in our Terms of Service that all sites need to be in one of the aforementioned languages; yours was not, and the issue was not corrected in the 48 hours given in the dispute reply.

It's already been stated that the suspension would stand as the translation was not made within the 48 hour window given. Said 48 hours was a boon in that you were supposed to have it in English, Spanish, or French to begin with (as per our Terms of Service) and did not; there is no good reason for going 10+ months without the required translation, then failing to translate it again within the 48 hour warning period given.

As the suspension is permanent and there is no longer a way to reverse this, I am closing the ticket.
