Technically, you are to fill out a form.

If its for inactivity, this gets you to login ( which is the only real requirement ). But, for the most part, you can visit your site, enter your Cpanel name and usually unsuspend yourself. ( Sometimes it doesn't work quite right, but a lot of time does )

I dont see what is so stupid about it.

If you do something bad you should say your sorry before you get unsuspended.
