Hi Admin ! Why My Hosting Suspend Everyday :s:s I Can\'t Understand This , I have This Problem all The Time , Please Correct This Problem And Thank\'s

It's not our fault you're being suspended for high resource usage. You need to make your site more efficient if this is happening regularly. There is more information here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/HRU
If it's happening regularly and you don't want to change anything, then you'll need an upgrade to prime, illuminated or premium where the limits are higher.

No, only you can correct it either by fixing your site or upgrading to a paid package.
It's when your site is using too much of the server's CPU/memory, therefore exceeding any of the limits outlined here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/HRU
Start by disabling any plugins and removing any unnecessary site components.
