i got suspended for "phishing". This isn't the case at all because my site is private and no one visits my site. I have never publicized it.

I'll remove anything you find suspicious such as the forms. I'll comply with all your requests i just need it back up asap.

Even if it was private, its still uploaded and against our TOS. Your suspension says you created a site that tried to impersonate and/or steal user login for Lockerz.

I did upload ptzplace.lockerz.com clone but for the exact opposite reasons. I uploaded it because i didn't trust all the other impersonaters AKA known as simulators........I wanted my own simulator on the web so i knew if i used my real details no one was getting them.

I don't even have a php file that logs the details how could i phish stuff if i have no php code to read the posted data from the form?

but how can i phish if i'm neat read the postdata?
I have nothing in my code that reads the data posted from a form submission.
Read the php code please. I am not phising.

It does not matter, the login in page itself is a 'phishing type' page. If you aren't happy with that, I can go with the copyright infringement because you are using the logo without permission from the intellectual copyright holder.

that sounds much better are copy right infringements zero tolerance as well?. As i said i'll comply with anything to get my site back asap. I rarely use the simulators anymore and would be okay with removing all the copies of it. i mainly use the site for application authentication, to check if the user is permitted to run the program. I was also thinking of starting a blog.
