susupended account due to "Copied a government website zt."

hello,

we are maintaining the website for Local Governtment of Camaligan, Camarines Sur, Philippines. the actual website is hosted here in X10, and our main URL address http://www.camaligan.gov.ph is a framedset to this site. the main website url is on google appengine (gae), and we're running joomla. it's also not easy for us to modify dns settings so we drop in gae as default landing, and just forward/framed target site (here) where we have full access.

if this is a violation of terms and condition, we're happy to adjust and comply to the policy. thank you.

The problem I can see is it got suspended by one of the higher ups which means we can't unsuspend it.

The other problem I have is less about the account and more about why a -government- is using free hosting to host their website. I know it makes sense for someone in school to have to use free hosting due to lack of funds, but an entire -government?-


With this one being suspended by the higher-ups there's not much we can do on it.

i understand that the suspensions were initiated from the higher ups (?).

regarding your comment on government hosting their websites on free hosting i think you misunderstood me. it's not only about funding. it is too complicated and i am not in the position to explain. what i am interested to know, is was if the account was suspended because suspected of copying contents from a government site. i also expect x10 will ask/verify validity of this that's why they temporarily suspended the free service and ask to submit report.

and yeah, you are correct in your (and mine too) concern about the account is being less of a problem than the government itself
