Switch to a different server?

Can you guys please switch us to a different server? I understand that we are free customers, and not a priority, but it's killing our web sites right now due to downtime.

Hello,

We do not move accounts around the free servers. If uptime is paramount I'd suggest an upgrade to premium, where there is a 99.9% uptime SLA.
