Switched to premium account but no updates on migration

I have switched from free to premium account. A ticket was opened to keep me informed about the progress of migration. However even after 40 hours I have no update, no body contacting me at the opened ticket. My website is out of service for last 40+ hours.

Please update. My domain is www.apnaclassified.com

I'd recommend that you contact premium staff, you can do that by responding to the migration ticket or by opening a new one from the clients area. Most of the support here in the forums are done by volunteers that have no access to any part of the premium hosting.
