Switching from basic to cPanel v3

I cannot switch from basic free hosting to the cpanel v3. It gives me a 1 in the corner when I click it. My accounts are linked to each other.

I still can't switch to cpanel x3. my domain is skittle.pcriot.com

I've manually switched your account to the x3 theme, as I do not have any ETA on when the self-switch will be fixed.
