Hi I'm trying to diagnose the issues related to some pages on my account, it's an invoicing app that was working before the switchover to direct admin. I noticed that PHP is listed as 7.2 and I tried to change it myself without any success. The page in question is this
http://puzzle.exofire.net/index1.php/login.

The database and everything seems to be there.

I'm not sure as to which server I was on prior the switch.

Thank you in advance and hope to hear from you soon.

you should be able to go to directadmin > extra features > select php version.
make sure you are on PHP Selector | Options > select 5.6 and set as default.

that should give you php 5.6 not sure if that would solve all the issues though.
would have to try it and see.

as a worse case scenario for the invoicing app,
you could try a fresh install and new databases.

spacresx thank you. I didn't realize how it was done. After the change and fiddling with some of the extensions it comes up but I can't login for some reason. Maybe a new install will work or the PHP version was even lower or don't have all the correct extensions loaded.

Thank you again.

i just checked and i do see the login page now.
i dont know about your database as im not registered or anything to log in.

i know when we had cpanel if you were set for php 5.6,
as soon as they migrated to directadmin that got bumped up to at least php7.2 by default.
and caused many people issues until they downgraded the php version.

Thank you spacresx. All I had to do was reset the password and almost everything works as before. Will investigate the small issue further and come and ask for help again.

Have a great day.
