switching versions?

i'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but..

my Cpanel file manager seems to switch versions on me everyonce and a while and then switches back.. but it keeps doing this. It goes from V3 to V2 any idea how to just set it on one? or why it does this sometimes?

Are you making sure that you always click 'File Manager' (V3), there is also the 'Legacy File Manager' (V2), if you are sometimes clicking the wrong link that would explain it.
