Swithing hosts and I need help.

I want to switch my SMF forum from another hosting to x10hosting but I have no idea what I am doing. Can anyone help me?
Edit: I made a backup of the data base from freehostia using phpmyadmin but when I upload it here it says access denied?

Make sure that you created a database and that you are in that database (click on its name in the left column)

I have created a database but I get this error when I upload my old one,

Open up the file and delete the line
CREATE DATABASE `mikwra_mikwra` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET latin1 COLLATE latin1_swedish_ci;

Ok I have it uploaded but now I get an error message saying,

Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

Remove the database user and add it again and give it full permissions on the database.

Ok, I have solved the problem. I have another question though. I want to have a no-ip domain work with my forum. It asks for a DNS Host (A) and I need to enter an IP. What IP do I enter there?

Ok I entered all into info into an addon domain but I put the wrong Document root. So then I got rid of it and entered the correct details but it tells me, Error from park wrapper: gamerscrib.sytes.net is already configured.

Ok I was able to add the domain but it does not go to my site. I have the correct IP set for the DNS Host (A).

What IP do you get when making a ping to it?
Clear your cache & temporary files, make a flush of your DNS and try again.
