Flash isn't so good. Search engines can't index your site and you can't link to specific pages of your site.

Your current design is nice, but horribly coded. The whole layout is using tables instead of CSS, and there isn't even a doctype on the page. If you just used Save for Web on Photoshop (lazy person's way to code a page), then at least select XHTML to save it as.
