teach me usable command on running cronjob shell script

Hi Visitors,

I yet juniour member and I dont know this service.
I think that want to run some cronjob written shellscript.
But I have tried a few command, cannot running. (ex. ps)

So, I want to know that commands permited to use.
Someone this is known, please teach me!
