template for the forum

im not sure whether these has been suggested but i would like to design a template in Mid-July / Late-September for the forum... Is it possible???? I will begin to work on it in Mid-July as soon as im xtremely free...

If i forget please PM in a months' time so i can prepare for Mid-July neccesary....
