Edit your post and say:

I offer 84 Points to whomever produces me the bets layout. I would like it in the theme of ______.

People may be a bit more interested

You should state which kind of template you want (flash html)and the theme, so that the template can be made as per your specification.

Well depends on what kind of template.. like HTML? or for a forum.
