Hola, tengo wordpress recién re-instalado y cuando intento subir una imagen me da este error "Falta un directorio temporal"
He buscado e intentado diferentes soluciones pero ninguna funciona. Alguien me puede ayudar a solucionarlo o hacerlo por mi? he visto una posible solución pero para ello debo poder modificar el archivo php.ini y no es posible aqui.
También tengo otra duda, desde que he reinstalado wordpress todo han sido problemas que antes nunca había tenido y me pregunto si será mejor eliminar mi cuenta aqui y crearla de nuevo, alguien sabe si es esto posible? Porque he intentado crear una nueva cuenta pero no me permite hacerlo y me sale el siguiente mensaje:
Sorry, we're not able to accept your registration.
We have disallowed sign ups from your Internet provider due to abuse.

Also, since i reinstalled wordpress i have been having troubles i never had before and i wonder if maybe i can delete my account and create it again
Is this possible? I have also try to make a new account but this message appears:
