I've just moved over to X10 after much researching and deciding that X10 was one if not the best hosting provider available today.
However now that I've moved my website over (http://www.findyourfeetinlondon.com), I was initially soo happy with the performance and access speeds but now terrible upset with all the downtime with the servers.
I get complaints from people saying that they cannot access this website cos of these errors "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
I've searched and searched the forum, news, wikis but no explanation from Corey or his (normally) crack support team.
Where does the problem lie? Is it an attack, a config error, is the company in trouble and most important - when can it all be resolved so things can get back to it's normal stable self.
I had wanted to buy the Illuminati package, but if these outages happened there then it was good that I missed it.
Wish all gets back to normal soon ... otherwise I will have no choice but to move my sites off X10, which I do not want to do.
