terminated account

My account for free hosting was terminated due to extended inactivity. I can use my login to get to this support though. I tried to setup a new account and the account setup will not allow enough characters in the account name for the name I am using right now. Also, it says my email is invalid and apparently because it has an "_" under-bar in the email address, though it is the same email address I am using for this account I am now logged into right now.

1. Can you reactivate my old account?

2. Can you fix so I can use my actual email address with the "_" under-bar?

You can only use 1 email per account, not only that.. Once an account is terminated you must re-create a new account or you will not be able to use this service. A terminated account will is deleted and you can not re-open it under any reason.

Thanks, I figured that. That is why I tried to enter a new account. However, the page says my email is invalid. when I remove the "_" under-bar in my email address then it is fine, however, then it becomes a real invalid email. My email address has an "_" under-bar in it.
