I removed your account information as it contained sensitive information.

We see you only logged in one time via our panel since you created your service. You are required to access your panel once every 30 days. You did not access yours for almost 200 days.

I will ask our team member to review if we are able to assist any further. Once I have those details I will update this post.

I would guess that you did not sign in at 30 day intervals as required. See the "Terms of Service".

We can see you created a secondary service already which means we would not be able to restore or review the termination.
