The account was terminated back in July after having been inactive for 123 days in total, so doing math's it seem you did not login even once after having unsuspended it after the first inactivity suspension that occurred in late March 2023.
If you didn't notice until now it would still have been suspended and terminated a couple times over during the time that passed from the date of termination until now, even if that termination would have been found to be in error.
At this point there would not be any option other then creating a new service and uploading any backups you may have. I can also see this is the second time a service was terminated for being inactive under your account.
