Hi guys,
I'm new to X10 hosting. I'm developing a website which is for people who want to sell digital their products online. Ie. you have a mp3, pdf file to sell...you register on my site, upload the file onto the server, choose the price, and we handle the interfact with PayPal so your customers pay, then immediately can download the file, all automated.
I know that X10's terms of service say you cannot use the free hosting for file storage. However, it also says unless this file storage is directly related to your website. Since I am not offering "file storage" in the usual sense, but my users do upload their files onto my site, would I be breaking the terms of service?
Just checking before I launch this as I don't want to have people using my website only to find it is suspended days later! :redface:
Any advice much appreciated! Many thanks!
P.S. I'll be putting terms & conditions on to cover copyrighted files, inappropriate files etc. and also will be periodically checking what is uploaded and delete where necessary!
