I got to see my page for a few hours before your SUCKY server StArKa began to selectively deny my Geo region service...I was unaware you would block people from my region....
For the lack of help and information, well you SUCK
I decided to pay for service in a move to evade ever to have to deal with Hoax Hosting services such as yours!

You own tracert showed that your connection was still blocked while inside Mexico. Not by x10hosting.

And viewing your site, I would say your company dealing in precious metals and jewels would be best served on a paid server, in any case. You should have a service that has SSL available if you are going to be dealing at that level.
