Test program for me please

ok i tried the new installer (uninstalled old 1st) works fine as it extracts all the files to a folder on the desktop in that folder open the .exe and working fine.

The program only makes my Intel Extreme Quad Core run at 20%, no higher.

I don't know much about threading or any of that, especially not any system-specifics, but have you tried creating x amount of threads for x amount of processors that there are?
I think Windows would delegate the threads to different processes. You'd have to look into that, though.
Alternatively, you can have the program fork itself, or just spawn itself for the amount of processors - keeping a certain amount of control. You'd probably want to place some sort of disclaimer dialogue describing this.

I ran it 4 times and it almost maxed my processor out. Still had enough CPU to run games
