text ad not showing up

I'm attempting to add the text ad for advanced package onto my site, but nothing is showing up
Does it take a day or two before anything happens?
My website: phmcult.x10hosting.com
I really want to know what the ad looks like before adding it to other pages

The ads don't always show up first time, try refreshing the page a couple of times and you should see it (Also make sure you don't have a ad blocker enabled).
