I had an emergency hosting issue on the first day on my new forum. My old hosting could not handle 8 users and 20 guests at a time? Which was pathetic and poor service for myself and my community. I transferred my database and files all by myself (my first time) and I was surprised that I done it correctly with no issues over 24 hours. Your servers are amazingly decent and fast, I only experience few issues (because of the DNS not your fault) and only a minor and quick problem with a error 503 was fixed which was wonderful. I hope your a reliable service and your hosting provides a wonderful home to my site.
