Thanks and how to backup

First, thanks to X10 for offering this fine free service. I appreciate it greatly!

Now, on to my question though. What is the best way to backup my website? Simply FTP my home directory? What about my MySQL databases? Do I use phpMyAdmin?

To backup files, use cPanel File Manager. use Compress in the toolbar to compress your public_html and download that.

For databases, use the EXPORT feature in phpmyAdmin.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply! I wish my current paid host would respond as quickly as this free host does!

Too bad x10 did not offer a switch now credit. Compensate me for any unpaid left over service from my current provider. I'd switch today!
