The upgrades seem to be over but no response to the tickets,
I am unable to add email accounts as according to the server, I don't control my add-on domains !!!!! And hence can't add emails to it. I have tickets lying around since more than 10 days now, with no response at all.

I had several of my email-id's distributed over the internet, and because of the recent upgrades my domain first got disassociated with my account, hence all the email id's don't work any more. But now at least I have control over the domain, but can't add the email accounts back to it !!!


This is very frustrating.

Here are my two tickets, had to open a second one only because of not getting any response on the older ticket, and emails being very critical to me.

Same issue boss....my domain provider says the propagation for my addon is complete and yet x10 shows no site over there in my addon.

I had a similar DNS issue as yours, but thankfully it got resolved last week (though took 2 weeks). Email account with addon domain issue still pending :(
