Well i noticed the problem at work today at around 12 and immediately filled out the request on the account page, as for an exact time i can't say. But the problem was fully resolved by the time i got home (5pm)

hmm...well mine is upgraded but it still says eval() is blocked

If they're sorting it on a per account basis then i would imagine it will take some time considering the amount of members that will be requesting this change. Personally i would have just penalized the users causing the heavy resource usage rather than changing the entire system which in turn causes more work for the admins and more hassle on its users. But perhaps there was more to it than that, either way im happy now

It's more work up front(Now) but will be more than worth it in the long run once everyone is all set. That is if people like a stable server and very little downtime
