The results are out! Almost every forum about websites get lots of debates on which is the best CMS out there. So this year, the judges have spoken and votes have been cast. I have been assured and reassured that DRUPAL is the best.
Remember that there are hundreds of FREE cms out there. There's one member here that has his own CMS which is really cool. Cannot recall the name off hand.
