Also, Super Paper Mario for the Wii is pretty damn awesome.

Oh btw, don't get Mario Party 8, it was a disappointment.

Super Smash Bros (something) for the world! If you want a fun fighting game, this is the one to get! I miss playing this game on my friend's N64 before his house caught fire

Brawl is the word you're looking for.

Legend of Zelda is a good game as well, I recommend you at least play it.
Also, I haven't played it but Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles seems awesome.

I have a Wii, I even got it free.

It't really not that good :\ The movement is sub par, targetting is awful, and the games, well theres not that many games you can really do effectively on it.

Did you bother to set up your sensor bar properly? I'm willing to bet that's why you're displeased with the motion controls. Try adjusting your settings in the console and in your particular game. Took me about 10-15 min to get everything set up for my TV etc but no problems from it now.

My top Wii games have gotta be(in no particular order): Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, Legend of Zelda, Resident Evil 4 and Umbrella Chronicles, and Cooking Mama.
