It is always exciting to come across a website with totally cool or special features that are not available anywhere else on the internet. You get excited, use the site a number of times and then suddenly you find another...that means the older site is kicked out for a while.

I am interested in finding sites that you deem are the best you've surfed. It could be because of the design or what services are offered.

Please include a brief description why the site is as good as you claim it is.

I stumbled upon this site some months bak and up to today I still use it as a source of some pretty great software for my windows box.

Basically, you can find a freeware version of the most popular softwares on the market that do most of and even at times better what the pricy softwares do.

This site fascinated me because its basically a review site of anything you can think of like bars, restaurants, books, e.t.c

The trick about it is that it gives you a selection of your localities and so you can find out what people say about that favorite restaurant you like to hang at.

If you are not happy about given reviews, you have the option to email directly the reviewer too!

Also, design-wise, I would say that the apple website is pretty good, although I am not an big apple fan, they can manage to make some good stuff (at least iTunes doesn't break as often as WMP).

There is this new site that I have come across recently. It offers well edited clips for downloads. Have you ever watched a segment in an episode of some show that you found so hilarious but whenever you thought about inserting that particular dvd and scrubing to the point of interest you felt like it was too much work? Well on this site, all your funny moments are edited into short clips. Download sizes are small yet the quality of the movies is quite good.

Hmm, IDK but when they first came out they only had a contract to air the site in the U.S. maybe this has changed. I personally prefer Google, I can not live without Google, although Google only cares about getting as much information for their AdSense, they are still not that bad. YouTube is a good example of this, and so is blogger. I prefer AdBrite any day.

The actor’s website is just as odd as you might expect, given the range of roles he has pursued over the year. It really goes against anything you might expect from a Hollywood star but if there was one whose website was going to be different then it is Carrey. It pushes the boundaries of what the internet is able to deliver at the moment, too, in terms of how flash can be used to enliven and animate.
